I went to a Buddhism 101 class after taking a tour of my local temple. After that we had a vegetarian lunch. I really enjoyed it.

Everyone was very nice. It was a time of Q&A and very informal and fun. There is a library, gift shop and snack bar, so people can just sit and talk or study. The "sanctuary" ( this ex-Christian can't come up with the correct name for it) was beautiful with people sitting and chanting in Chinese. So peaceful.
