The "What are you Listening to" thread Rules and useless Information stickywithinasticky

Only accessible through the portal of chocolatey timelyness located in Buttons* backyard, we 3 kings of Orient (arenot) have risked much and traveled far to bring this to you. So ya better 'preciate it!

ChrisP, Revasser and Bastet reserve the right to kick your arse for the following:

- Posting Britney Spears /Jessica Simpson tracks (pictures are exempt) this has been updated to include pics of Britney
- Posting derogatory remarks about Pink Floyd and any member of Tool except the singer
- Posting derogatory remarks about any particular genre of music.
- Demanding furballs for musical assistance! It's a pleasure not a chore!
- Not sharing. Sharing is caring.
- Wasting 4 pages of the thread with cussing. I'm looking at you 3 evildoers
- Referring to anyone except for Jimi Hendrix as "God" or "the Messiah". This is a religious forum. Show some respect!

And finally:

My wife is watching 'Lost' on T.V, so I guess I am sort of listening to that.

They are a metal group, and I can't think of anyone else they sound like, or to compare them to. Not very heavy, but still good. I just added Mudvayne, Slipknot, and some group called Shatterspear.

Yes indeed. I have been listening to them for like 7 years.
Which would you reccomend. I've got Octavarium, but I've heard tracks like Under a Glass Moon, and that definitely tickles my fancies.

The albums I recommend are, hmmm... lets see... ALL OF THEM!! :D

But my favorites are Six Degrees of Inner Turbulence, Live at Budokan, Hollow Years, and Another Day.

You can also check out their side project The Liquid Tension Experiment.

Yeah but Christian rap sucks. I like Grits and some others. You would be surprised at the many times they make referance to God. The sad thing is I'm 30 and still enjoying this stuff. I even play the piano on a every basis. But no matter whats on the radio my heart always on God...
