Even atheist communist countries know this and the barbaric civilizations of the dark ages knows this.
It is nothing special but it is golden because it is observed through out ages. But it is divine? Now that is another matter.
You won't get to heaven with that - otherwise you would be seeing in heaven the once great Genghis Khan, Alexander the Great and the Vikings who understand and apply the golden rule in their once upon a time defunct empires.
You need much more to get to heaven something that stands out the rest.
