Republican Election plan to subvert the Presidential Election.

Republican Election plan to subvert the Presidential Election.

It is very clear, to me at least. That Trump and the republican party put in place a plan involving the use of election law in the run up to the Presidential election.

This plan envisaged the possible loss of the election. and how to mitigate the result by legal action.

Long before the election. The seeds were sown, by planting the suggestion that postal votes were unsafe. This was reinforced by many of Trumps tweets and speeches, leading up to the election, suggesting that the Democrats were planning to subvert the postal vote system.

This was followed by telling Trumps republican supporters not to vote by post. It was never stated why they should not do so, but only that they should vote in person.

The reason why has since become clear. In that if Trump were to become successful in having many Postal vote invalidated. It would then affect, Democrat votes and voters, far more than his own.

This was the Kernel of his plan.

The second part of the plan entailed arranging for as many objections to be raised on the day of the count as possible, so that they could, subsequently, be used in court, on which to hang objections and legal cases.

This large number of objections was important, so as to try to demonstrate a concerted and widespread plot by the Democrats. And to subvert the election process. This was to include as many objections to the actual count process, and count officials as possible.

A third string in the plan, entailed maintaining a strong majority in the Supreme court. To do this they went all out to fill the fortuitous vacancy before the election. Even though they had rejected the similar case, and had rejected the democrat candidate, offered prior to the previous election.

It is a clear case that Trump and the Republicans intended to subvert the law all along.
And are continuing with that plan right now.

All these stages can be seen to have been used. Though there might still be parts of the plan that have yet to come to light.

There would be a civil war. The American people aren't just going to shrug their shoulders and go "Oh well..." if Trump refused to transition and instead embedded himself like a botfly larva.

Where it will end is that there is no way the Supreme Court is going to end up overturning the result, whatever the politics of its members.

The Republicans know that perfectly well (even if Trump, as a crooked real estate dealer, may think he has "bought" the judges.) The game is to string out the uncertainty for as long as they can, to undermine Biden's legitimacy for as long as possible to and avoid him getting any of the transitional assistance that is customary. They just want him to fail as a president, even if it means working to destroy faith in American democracy.

It is pretty close to treason, actually.

Will no doubt be made into a film or films in the future - so Trump should get started on his version. Might have plenty of time whilst in jail. :D

The legal tactics might be just a last ditch attempt to profit from his Presidency. Trump is asking his backers for donations to cover legal costs. If he runs true to form, he will stiff his attorneys. And, with henchman Bill Barr's help in having the justice department investigate voting fraud, American taxpayers will pay for the investigation. That will leave millions available for his future use.

As close as the things done by the left against Trump when he took office.

A special prison, say in the Aleutian for the likes of him and Hillary, where the presence of the other is the punishment.

Perhaps the Trump campaign shouldn't have been colluding with Russia before the election. That would have prevented an investigation. The American people want our intelligence agencies to investigate suspicious and corrupt activity, especially if they want to be president

Yep.
Solid evidence the left are clearly a bunch of hypocrites. No surprise to see it.

It isnt good v bad in DC, it is highly overpaid and overrated teams of players using the nation's
government for their gaming field.

And somehow they get impassioned fans
to cheer, boo, and fight eachother.

It's only "subversion" when the other side uses the legal system to pursue its goals.
Despite all the sky-is-falling hand wringing, the system will survive Trump & Biden.

Of course, there is the other side of the coin.

The incessant barrage of false accusations to make it look like Trump was evil and unfit

The seeds of "Trump will illegally keep the presidency"

The promotion of mail in ballots where there were no safeguards by the left

Postal service people throwing out ballots. Finding ballots on the side of the roads.

The refusal to let Republicans be part of the review of said ballots to then blame the Republicans for questioning the legitimacy

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court exceeding its authority

and then blaming the Republicans for what the Left created.

IMHO

and that is why we have a judicial system to sort out these things

Remember folks to never disagree with right-wingers on this forum!
Disagreement with them is persecution and makes them unwelcome here on this board.
Kind if a weird thing to say especially if you refer to me as right wing...
But anyway, do you have examples of this silly behavior or did you just make it up?
