A yt user named Kyle has posted his list of must-have books he has used becoming an Orthodox. I have not reviewed these but have reformatted his list here and will put the link to his video at the bottom in a code box. Personally the most interesting book to me sounds like These Truths We Hold, but Kyle emphasizes that prayer books are the most important. The books appear in the original order that he posted.

Orthodox Christian Prayer Book - Jordanville & Legacy Icon
The Divine Liturgy Service Book English, Church Slavonic, & Serbian
Orthodox Study Bible
Orthodox Church
- Timothy Ware
These Truths we Hold - St. Tikhon's Monastery

The Mystical Theology of the Eastern Church - Vladimir Lossky
No Faith is More Beautiful than the Christian Faith - Sebastian Press
Byzantine Theology: Historical Trends and Doctrinal Themes - John Meyendorff
Orthodox Faith & Life in Christ - Justin Popovich
Orthodoxy and the Religion of the Future - Seraphim Rose
Nihilism: The Root of the Revolution of the Modern Age - Seraphim Rose
