Some time ago we were doing a big garden project and visited quite a few garden centres around England , at one place they had mini climbers growing in the hedges, the floweres looked like fuchia flowers with no sepals and a deep red colour if memory serves, the flower was roughly the size and shape of a swollen bluebell trumpet,I would like to grow some, unfortunately I cannot remember the name or the place we saw them any one know them?, I have tried garden forums buit nobody seems to know them.
