Myth is no knowledge.
Myth is based on superstition not reality or knowledge.

Wrong again. Myth simply means story. It can contain knowledge and be based on something true. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Myth

A myth is a traditional or legendary story, collection or study. It is derived from the Greek word mythos(μῦθος), which simply means "story". Mythology can refer either to the study of myths, or to a body or collection of myths.[3] A myth also can be a story to explain why something exists.

n popular use, a myth can be a collectively held belief that has no basis in fact. This usage, which is often pejorative,[5] arose from labeling the religious myths and beliefs of other cultures as incorrect, but it has spread to cover non-religious beliefs as well.

Please read again that one has provided in one's post oneself.
I don't understand, and perhaps others also will endorse me that they don't understand one's viewpoint that Veda abounds in legendary stories that have no basis in fact. Is Veda a fact-less scripture? Please
Regards

myth (n.)
1830, from French Mythe (1818) and directly from Modern Latin mythus, from Greek mythos "speech, thought, story, myth, anything delivered by word of mouth," of unknown origin.Myths are "stories about divine beings, generally arranged in a coherent system; they are revered as true and sacred; they are endorsed by rulers and priests; and closely linked to religion. Once this link is broken, and the actors in the story are not regarded as gods but as human heroes, giants or fairies, it is no longer a myth but a folktale. Where the central actor is divine but the story is trivial ... the result is religious legend, not myth." [J. Simpson & S. Roud, "Dictionary of English Folklore," Oxford, 2000, p.254]General sense of "untrue story, rumor" is from 1840.

Is that the rulers and priests interfered with Veda and put myths in the Veda for exploitation of the masses, the Shudras and the Dalits and untouchable, to perpetuate their hegemony/control on them and to exploit them all?
These unfounded stories did not relate to facts or "knowledge" and are not part of the Veda definitely. Right? Please correct me if I am wrong.
