For people who use magic/magick what system(s) do you use, why, and how are the results?

I don't use a "system." I have a path/practice/way/religion that includes spellcraft within its auspices, and it is simply my path. I don't really pay attention to nor fixate on the "results" question either, but I'm pretty sure I would quit bothering with it if it didn't have value? 
I saw this topic earlier before anyone posted on it, but decided to wait and think about my answer.
The short of it is I do Tantra mostly and I do it because I believe in it.
I can try to give a full answer when I've decided how to best answer and what I'm willing to share. Some parts of it are rather private.

I study and practice Black Magick and primarily Work with the Setian Black Magickal Formulae Xepera - Xeper - Xeperu = "I Have Come Into Being and by the Process of My Becoming I Have Become the Creator of That Which Has Come Into Being."
Xeper is an ancient Egyptian verb/noun (pronounced Khefr) written as a stylized scarab beetle, which in English roughly translates as "To Become" or "To Evolve" or "I Have Come Into Being". We all have within ourselves our own individual hidden truths of being. The path and quest of Xeper is to uncover and to ultimately become the very embodiment and most complete and absolute manifestation of these truths.
"Xeper is the experience of an individual psyche becoming aware of its own existence and deciding to expand and evolve that existence through its own actions". It is a dynamic spiritual transformation in one's life in which the horizons of the potentiality of one's own being expands. It is the establishment of a new higher mode or state of existence. Xeper, like in Alchemy, is the transformation of the soul or psyche from a lower state or base element into a higher state or divine element. Xeper happens. For instance, Xeper happened to me on that day when I first truly heard that piece of music which would inspire me to devote the next eight + years of my life learning music theory and piano technique. Xeper happened to me on that night when I first invoked the Name of Set in a working of Greater Black Magick and Came Into Being as a Setian. In those moments of dynamic spiritual transformation major paradigms in my life were shifted and I was changed for ever. Xeper is that which transformed humans from what we were millions of years ago to that which we are today. Hence, it occurs on both a macrocosmic (racial) level, and a microcosmic (individual) level; and Xeper continues to occur through the re-manifestation of these transformations of being.
Remanifestation is another essential principle in Setian philosophy and the path of Xeper. It is what we do after Xeper happens, after a higher state of existence has become established. It is through the continual exercise and application of the knowledge, powers, and abilities which we have attained thus far to our continuing work which enables us to uncover even deeper mysteries, develop stronger more refined abilities, and establish new higher states of existence. Without Remanifestation, Xeper would be a single event happening. Xeper and Remanifestation, in essence, is the food for the soul; we come into being and continually nurture that being through the exercise of the re-energized Black Flame. This is the process of self-directed self-evolution.

I actually don't have a system anymore. I used to have more structured way of doing magic. Say this rock means this. Put this here to do that. Incense by correspondence book means this. I dropped it. My life is an art (My nature is creativity and freedom of expression) so, my practice reflects and is my art.
That said, I have mostly modern folk magic, if you can call it that. A few practices I learned from my mother (from her grandmother). Some techniques I learned from a Santera and Santero in person. It's basic since their religion is private though they invited me to one of their rituals I will go to. I kept basic things from Catholicism that are in most religions: lightening candles, said prayers, and meditation. I'm eclectic in practices and art, share morals not religion from various faiths, and pretty much do my thing.
Results? Deeper connection with my family and ancestors. More communication with family today. A deep understanding of what it means to be connected to blood and friends.
I don't use Magick with a K and I don't consider it a part from my life, so the only system I can think of is living or how I conduct my everyday activities. My practices are like food. It's a part of my life as well.
Systems like this?
I use some divination from time to time. (I feel it's more psychological than anything else. You are using images to jog your brain to make associations to everyday life experiences. By doing so, in whichever form you spread the cards, you know what you want to do or how to apply the message you receive. In my case, the message are from the Spirits and ancestors.)
Purification all the time. (It works. It helps with stilling your mind and more literally taking out energy. For a more practical example, sense of smell in incense cleans the air depending on how you use it. Water helps as well.)
Medium (or being in communion with ancestors) literally. (It works. It drains me so I don't do it often. I pray instead).
Vodoun (I would say that more strongly, but magic is deeply engraved in Psalms and protestant faith. So, I use it from time to time to talk with my grandmothers. Some of my family use it but they don't call it that) It works because my grandmothers are Christian so they'd appreciate words from scripture.
Modern witchcraft (non European origin so that's why it's modern) A all around label to describe all of what I just wrote here.
I'm learning more about Santeria. Their practices aren't part of Catholicism as many may think. It's strictly Lukumi. I don't know where my ancestors or even recent elders know (and will say) we are from. I'd have to do genealogy and a lot of talking to really find if I connect. Though, I got a head start. Their system people would call folk because it's not native to common American religions. If I go to their rituals, I would kinda get a sense of their system if they have one they wouldn't call it that.
I don't know if the rituals work. I can't say because I haven't gone into the path. It is very expensive and the culture shock would be extensive. In general, any system of magic works.

I have been intending to ask about Xeper/Remanifest. For now, all I can say is that there have been many times when "the power of a moment" guided my long-term pursuits, and I continue to revisit my interests in turn to further refine them.

My systems in Magick are quite simple, I do not use the Kaballah or the tree of life or other complicated things. I mostly perform my systems of magick based upon typhonian and psychodrama Magick. Why do I use these systems? The systems that I am currently using are simple and moderate not extreme nor complicated. My results may work within my systems be it self Liberation and the path of darkness to that extent.
I believe I am still a Wic and have a natural resistance to evil. I try not to look evil so I use a standard deck of cards. I'm pretty good at it but could still be better. One time I got someone pretty pissed off and didn't notice something that would have helped him a lot, for instance.

I Use Magic in a Pure form, without any signs or special things... I Use it in a nonmaterial Form
Some years Ago, I made Devination and also tech divination with Cards . I am really good, but the Problem is the people do not want to hear the truth, they want to hear what they think is the truth... I have the Ability to find the darkest points, thats nothing the people want to hear.... So I do it only for myself or for really good friends who know and understand that I say what I see and not what they wanted to hear
I also Teached magic in it's pure Without labeld with a Path. But the problem is that some interested where Sheep... I tried to explain, that they have to think themselfe that they have to find Words, Chants, Symbols within themselfe.. And then was the next task and again "Help, have you a chant, can you...." After a while it was boring (For those interested it was long before entering ToS and before I have read BM from Aquino and it was really interesting that he has written down near by lections to those I made

Now I only use GBM for me and myself, to change to create to grow..

I've been focusing on doing exactly this. As more of a creative person, the trappings, symbols, and pictures come easier than words for me, but I'm still intent on writing my own invokations and declarations. I would use other people's words also but certainly wouldn't beg for them.
I'm not hell-bent on doing anything advanced right now. Just experimenting with simple things to get a feel for GBM. Most of my work has been finding and preparing items to use in a ritual setting, which is keeping me busy enough.
So my "Magickal System" at the moment is to create new things, and I'll give them meaning as I'm inspired to do so later, heeding MAA's warning in BM:
Agreed, I would say that we tend to have a larger pool of Setians than with Satanists on RF
I believe that you should be honest with yourself as a practitioner in Magick, I never use other peoples words or invocations. I consider it dishonest to borrow a persons ideas that he or she uses within their systems in Magick. I believe it is perhaps helpful to hear other peoples advice's on Magick in general. But the Left Hand Path for me can be a hard and confusing path, I believe that you are alone among the path and that you should not seek help from others. I believe that you should discover things on your own on the path in general. I believe that the Left Hand Path is a path perhaps of getting rid of things that have perhaps caused the self harm in the past. I believe in flushing away the harmful things on which some of us may have been originally blind followers of a persons ideas in the past.
