Obama says it three times in that last speech he gave to the UNITED NATIONS Genearal Assemly today.

I'm just listening to it now.

Others have said this phrase "Peace and Security" in the past, but Obama is PUSHING the Israeli/Palestinian "PEACE" process like no one in history has ever done before and he's ordered ALL NEW Israeli settlements to be STOPPED.
