In Hinduism & Buddhism there is the idea of Yugas and we are said to live in Kali-Yuga, the darkest of 4 ages.
I wonder if such a concept exists in Taoism too?

There are no concepts or methods in Taoism. Taoism concerns itself with living life spontaneously and choicelessly.

Beautifully put Joea. I dont think anyone could have said it better. Tao is the way of things, the way of the Universe. The only way to align yourself with it is to drop everything and live just as you said, spontaneously and choicelessly!
