What is your favourite poem ? The one that inspires you most ?
One of mine (and probably at the top of my list) is Rudyard Kipling's "if".

I'm afraid that I'd have to pick two, one which I can't post because firstly it's in Romanian and secondly, it's very long (I do have a good English translation of it that I can dig up if anyone's interested, just PM me). The poem I can't post is called 'Luceafarul' and is by Mihai Eminescu (the title means 'The Morning Star' - same root as Lucifer). The one I will post is by Percy Bysshe Shelley and is very short. Both poets are part of the Romantic movement which made its way across Europe during the 18th and 19th centuries, by far my favourite literary movement.

Music when Soft Voices Die

Music, when soft voices die,
Vibrates in the memory -
Odours, when sweet violets sicken,
Live within the sense they quicken.

Rose leaves, when the rose is dead,
Are heaped for the beloved's bed;
And so thy thoughts, when thou art gone,
Love itself shall slumber on.

A close runner up would also have been Ozymandias, another poem by Shelley as I love the way it speaks of the impermanence of mankind's 'great' achievements. And, yes, I know that it might seems somewhat incongruous that a religious person like myself loves essentially atheist poetry, but what can I say?

This is going to sound so mainstream. I love Augueries of Innocence by William Blake.

To see a world in a grain of sand,
And a heaven in a wild flower,
Hold infinity in the palm of your hand,
And eternity in an hour.

A robin redbreast in a cage
Puts all heaven in a rage.

A dove-house fill'd with doves and pigeons
Shudders hell thro' all its regions.
A dog starv'd at his master's gate
Predicts the ruin of the state.

Are toadstools on the miser's bags.
A truth that's told with bad intent
Beats all the lies you can invent.

It is right it should be so;

The Latin phrase at the end of the poem translates into "it is noble and fitting to die ofr one's country"

Well, I have two poems I really like and I feel I have to post both, so here they are:

Oh, there are so many, I could not choose a very favorite, there are too many I love...but I have a fondness for Dylan Thomas' Do Not Go Gentle Into That Good Night and his Fern Hill, and Dr. Seuss' Oh, The Places You'll Go!

And Robinson Jeffers' Autumn Evening.

And a very short poem, "If you will tell me why the fen/appears impassable, I then/will tell you why I think that I/can get across it if I try." by Marianne Moore.

And TS Eliot's The Love Song Of J Alfred Prufrock, Poe's The Raven, and When I Heard the Learn'd Astronomer, by Whitman.

But since you only said to post one, here's Wordsworth's Daffodils:

I feel so ... common. ;) My first thoughts are of Don Marquis' archy the cockroach. For example:

But if I have to be more serious, I'll go for Emily Dickinson every time. For instance:
