I just found out the United States stock market is closed tomorrow?

Is this insanity or is it me who is crazy?

What’s with the US people’s obsession with celebrity?

FYI. I rarely look at the stock market and have little interest in it, but I do realize it is a BIG deal to the moneyed class.

So I don’t get it. Someone enlighten me please.

Personally I'd like to see more honoring of ordinary people who did extraordinary things but I have no objection to honoring the last decent Republican President as well.
