I would guess the majority of those who have run for President believed they were born to be President. They were just smart enough not to say so.

You should see Pelosi's endorsement of Beto. She can not name a single accomplishment of Beto.

She said Beto has lots of vitality and he was on a committee. That's two things.
one would hope for something with a bit more... gravitas?

Exactly, that is what it comes down to. I happen to like some of his policies.

Well... to be honest... not a decisive factor with me but neither does it weight in his favor.

Turns me off when he says 'immigration is a good problem to have' regarding the border issues. It obscures the border security issues and not a sign of good leadership Too much of a bait and switch to a different topic.
