I carry an organ donor card with the number 66919 for forty years now. My sister lives with a donated kidney.

I've already committed to being chopped up for spare parts.

    Yes, definitely give mine.
The system should be opt out, not opt in.

Once I'm not using them, why not give someone else a chance for life?

In Italy biological testament is compulsory. That is, you have to declare whether you want to donate your organs or not to the anagraphical office.
    I wrote yes.

I signed up to be an organ donor many years ago. Now at age 74, I think my body's only use is to look at the degeneration that age brings.

I've got an organ donor card but I decided not to fill it in so someone else can use it after I'm dead. ;)

Check my driver's license. There may not be that much use left in them.. Though when I first put that on my license there was. At this point when I go my organs will probably go with me.

I was an organ donor. Now I'm not. The docs wouldn't take mine; I would be doing a grave disservice to whoever got them, and yes, that was a pun.

I suppose we are still dealing with religious sensibilities. My ID is marked Donor. Don't know if they get much use from my parts though, well past the extended warranty date. :)

I'm dying with mine due to health reasons.

Type 2 diabetes and coronary heart disease might not help the recipient and I'm also aged.

My biological history is unknown, so I'd rather not risk any complications that could arise.

We've switched to an opt-out system in the UK. But mine are probably a bit too old to be useful!

Signed up and ready to go.

Or if not for a transplant, then science.

And I'm useless even for that, then stuff me and use my corpse to frighten small children on a fairground ride ...
