I think young ladies should be allowed to go topless, but it should be a crime if older saggier ladies were to do likewise.

That would be illegal in the UK, to stop older ladies being topless, because it's Ageist.
Equality Act 2010.

I wonder if there is any rule at our local Health,Fitness and Swimming centre? I have never ween a topless swimmer, and so I will ask a pool guard tomorrow,

I have heard what happens if they go a bit too fast, and I tend to have a bit of a heavy foot going into the corners.

Then you are a good fast driver.
All combination riders learned to accelerate round corners with sidecars on the inside of the bend, because the bike tries to 'go round' the sidecar. Then, once on four wheels, the science works for both bends, so long as the approach has been calculated correctly.......... so long......

3) New York City is home to lawful toplessness.

4) Toplessness is A-Okay in Austin Texas.

5) To no one's surprise, toplessness is acceptable in Portland, Oregon.

6) Washington D.C. permits women to go topless.

7) An even tan is allowed in Honolulu, Hawaii.

8 It’s legal to be topless in Madison, Wisconsin.
