What biblical scriptures for no eating? I couldn't find any. I do know the Bible says there will be drinking in heaven.
“Assuredly, I say to you, I will no longer drink of the fruit of the vine until that day when I drink it new in the Kingdom of God’” (
Mark 14:25).
I Corinthians 6:13: Meats for the belly, and the belly for meats: but God shall destroy both it and them. Now the body is not for fornication, but for the Lord; and the Lord for the body.
Thank you for the laugh.
Assuming, that is, that the Kingdom of God is the same thing as heaven, and it evidently is.
Assuming!
Exactly.
"There is no real difference between the Kingdom of God and the Kingdom of Heaven. The two phrases are simply two different ways to refer to the same thing: a kingdom or system of government that is ruled by God."

Kingdom of God = the Kingdom of Heaven
Unfortunately, church teaching has come to bite you in your tail. If you want scriptures with this or just mustard, let me know!
Briefly, condensed:
The kingdom of Heaven, the Kingdom of God is called so because the rulers all will become non human, spirit beings. Their having been human and now no longer so, and also having been put through the fires of refinement means that they no longer will be under human frailty - bribes, sexual influence, monetary influence.
The kingdom ruled shall be the entire earth; an earth where all present governments will have been removed -- by force, if needed. This is spoken of by Jesus as in "That ye may eat and drink at my table in my kingdom, and sit on thrones judging the twelve tribes of Israel. " This Israel encompasses the entire earth; Jesus will at times (at the very least, one time) come down to administer, perhaps to teach, perhaps to mingle with people and drink and possibly eat with us.
Most denominations cannot connect the dots. They all want to go to heaven when they die; death is said to be where people are no more, nothing left.
Don't really expect you to be interested, but perhaps you might be.
