They are already forgiven:

2 Corinthians 5:19
To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, notimputing their trespasses unto them;

Colossians 2:13
And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses;

Hebrews 10:10
By the which will we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.

Will God forgive my past sins?
What's in the past, is past. Since it's past, that means it's not being practiced, and will be forgiven on the basis of the ransom sacrifice of the Christ... and one's heart condition.
God freely forgives sins
Psalms 85:1-2 ;
Luke 7:41-50 ; Romans 3:25-26 ; Ephesians 4:32 ; Colossians 2:13-14 ; Colossians 3:13

Past sins can be forgotten, but not all are forgotten (but can be forgiven... or not) if they need to be repaid during a person's lifetime.
For example, David's sins related to Bathsheba, and her husband (2 Samuel 11), were not overlooked and forgotten.
Even though David repented, his sins involved a debt that needed to be repaid.
God forgave him, but did not forget, and required payment.
2 Samuel 12:13-14

So, it depends.
God is fair - he makes sure he pays, and does not owe anyone.
He also repays those whom have not been paid.
Psalms 9:12 ; Deuteronomy 32:43 ; 2 Kings 9:7-10 ; Romans 12:19 ; Revelation 19:2

Even false religion has to pay all those people she killed off. Revelation 18:4-6 :D
Those who support her, don't get an acquittal. 2 Thessalonians 1:6-9

Even if it takes a long time, God pays all those owed. Revelation 22:12
;)
