:cheese: and :pizza: Especially the cheese. I'd have cheese with or on just about something in every meal if I could get away with it. For a dieter it's quite the downfall :(.

Cheese, bacon, potato chips, chocolate cake, lots of chocolate cake and nearly everything Hostess has to offer. And beer. I consider beer a food not a beverage like cokes. I like beer a lot.

I googled it, & only found sites about torture, nausea & some kind of weaponized food.

Hehe there might be some truth to that! XD

That's poutine! Chips, gravy and cheese (cheese again... I might have something in common with Draka here). I have mine with bolognese sauce though instead of gravy. I don't really like gravy except with Yorky puds. It's still loaded with calories though, even with the sauce swap! >_< Unfortunately for my English husband, I introduced him to this evil food. He likes it.

I want that! And then a hot fudge sundae for dessert. And I want to wash it all down with a pitcher of beer.

    Bacon honey mustard chicken wings.

.....When the family wants to splurge, that's what I always get, and I dive in and gorge on them without any thought for etiquette. Then I go get more because 8 really isn't enough.

They're so awful for me, my cholesterol, my tummy, and my ethics. I know I'm going to hell for my gluttony, but DA-YUM I can't ever turn away from them.

It's soooooo worth it, though. :D

I will eat them until my mouth gets blisters from the acidity. Totally unhealthy.

I love those! But I usually leave out the honey mustard & chicken wings.

I have a strong feeling that enjoying great food is considered saintly behavior by higher life forms & deities.

It reminds me of the HHGTTG description of the 3 stages of civilization:
    #1) How can we eat?
    #2) Why do we eat?
#3) Where should we have lunch?

I had a thin crust pizza with pepperoni, Italian sausage, green peppers and onions from Pizza Hut. I ate one more slice than I had allowed myself and spent a little extra time on my stationary bike to make up for it. :p

Wicked foods for me (comfort food)- Any kind of chocolate- cake, ice cream, pudding, mousse, etc. Cheese cake, fried chicken, donuts, those hostess cakes, jelly beans, Doritos- Nacho Cheese flavor and Taco flavor, Fritos, etc.

I try to stay away from that stuff, but it is hard.

Those Fiber One 90-calorie brownies are actually quite good and help with the chocolate craving, and as for cheesecake, there are 100-calorie Honey Maid Delight bars that cover that craving. Both those things get you the flavor craving without all the sugar and fat to avoid. ;)

Potato chips is a good one, but my true bane is Green & Black's 70% Dark Chocolate.

ok I am for sure going to hell. I just polished off not one, not two, but THREE glasses of wine (and am consequently having a difficult time typing this). This lowered my resistance, and so then I had a big bowl of vanilla ice cream with Hershey's Chocolate Syrup on it.

It took me about five minutes to type this post.

Well, one of the glasses of wine was really not a full glass - which is borne out by the fact that I woke up this morning with no headache. I can promise you that if I had had three full glasses of red wine last night, my head would be splitting this morning!

But the ice cream was really good...

Actually what I was doing was trying to polish off a perfectly good bottle of wine that was already opened before starting my ten day juice cleanse this morning. Oh, and that mindset also came into play when I started thinking about that ice cream...

So far so good on the juice - LOL. It's been like, two hours.

Juice fasts get easier after the second to third day. Then the withdrawals start to go away pretty quickly. By day 5-6, the effects are remarkable. :)

Good luck and have fun with the feelings of lightness!

10 day juice cleanse/fast? Only juice for the next 10 days? How is that healthy?
