Agreed, but for that, we'll need to wait for a vaccine. This is unlikely to be until the end of the year at best.
Except, I suppose, for those like you, your wife and me, who have already had the virus - presuming we've had doses strong enough to give us immunity, that is.
But yes this virus is real and can be nasty, if you are old, overweight, have dark skin or are just a bit unlucky . As my doctor brother said, when lecturing the rest of the family on what precautions to take, "This is not a drill.".
