Why should I be a Baptist?

Baptist is not a true religion in the bible

First off, this thread's not a debate,
So this post is one to berate.
Since John the Hard Shell Baptist rises
Upon the Gospel page, surprise is
At least one Baptist can be found
As true within the Bible ground.

To answer question why you should
Be Baptist or just how you could,
You shouldn't, unless you're convinced
You're called by God and you have winced
To be among elect by grace.
To know that, there is just one trace,
And that's if you have sense of sin,
And been convicted in the din
Of worldly ways and sounds to win
Repentance from the hand of Christ,
Who claims his kingdom here's sufficed.
