Yes, so let's examine this one more time:
"Help" in that context would be "Marriage", so if a Woman needed my "Help", and that "Help" was defined as "Marriage", then I would not "Help" her.
In short, it means if a random Woman approached me and asked me to marry her, I'd decline. What this has to do with sitting back and watching Women suffer, I do not know.......
