I just figured that we should have a new winning thread without the simpleton, “I’m last, therefore I’m first” theme of our main joke thread.

Here, you get to tell everyone exactly why it is that you are the winner. Of course the next person in line gets to explain their reasoning too.

I’ll start....

My win today was having a shower without help. It may not seem much of a win but i assure you, after 3 weeks of bed baths or sitting in the shower while a nurse or hubby washes you, that feeling of indipendance you get when getting out of bed in your own, getting ready and having a shower, drying yourself etc is one hell of a win.

Now that I am older, I find that I am no longer immune to certain things that I used to be immune to.
Poison Ivy for instance.
And now it seems there are several, ok, most, soaps that I am allergic to.
So far I have not had a reaction to Blue Dawn.
