Who Is The Halloween Mascot?

Christmas has Santa Claus (or Jesus) and Easter has the Easer Bunny (or Jesus) but who is the mascot for Halloween? Should we nominate and vote for someone?

Jesus isn't scary enough, but he is a close third. My vote would either go to the Headless horseman or Michael Jackson.

Jesus has enough holidays plus I'm trying to find someone who isn't going to close down the banks and post offices.

You don't actually think jesus would willing relinquish a holiday, do you?

I work at a bank so I'm all for nominating someone who WILL close the banks. But Jesus isn't the only one who can do so - we have Columbus and three US presidents who close the banks, along with Martin Luther King, dead soldiers, living soldiers, all the dead guys who signed the Declaration of Independence, the US labor force, and those pesky Pilgrims and Indians.

In fact, Jesus is greatly outnumbered since He is only responsible for one bank
holiday (Christmas).

Wait though - let me think about this. If we close the bank on Halloween, that means we don't get to dress in costume at work that day. I sure would hate to give up that priviledge...

My vote is for Michael Jackson.
