That is not what Almighty God ordained.

If you are not happy with the sex you were born, why not

Surely it is more about some assuming authority and dictating to others. We know we are all born differently but hopefully the more rational will recognise that whether born male or female or anything in between, we all deserve the same rights and freedoms as to how we live our lives - as long as such doesn't impose on or harm others. No doubt we will never have true equality, given that much of the non-equality derives from religious beliefs (and elsewhere), and these aren't about to disappear overnight, but we can at least strive for such a universal concept - why, because it just makes more sense than anything else.

However we can be equal in many ways

1. We can all enjoy equal rights
2. Equal protection under the law.
3. We can all be equally respected as fellow humans.
