My Aussie brethren, who has your backing in the upcoming election?
Or do you just want the sausage sizzle?
If you’re comfortable, then post your reasoning
Just curious

Labors agenda is pretty weak but it beats the hell out of Morrison's garbage.

Since there is no Democrat Party candidate for me to choose, If I were able to vote in Australia, I would likely vote for the Greens Party candidate, I did cast my ballot for Ralph Nader, the Green Party's Presidential Candidate of the 2000 U.S, Presidential election,

I think our Labor party is the rough equivalent to the US Democrat party.
If I understand the politics involved all around correcty

Oh really? What makes you think that?
Again I’m just curious
To me they’ve always just been the milquetoast version of the Liberals
Labor let me down during the SSM “debate”
And the US Dems seem just as milquetoast
(No offence my US brethren.)

(My vote is for the Greens personally.)

I vote for milk, always.

I vote to keep Starbucks from charging me more for almond milk than would be the amount charged to me for my purchase of coffee with cow's milk

Labor.
Environment and more of a heart for workers and refugees and the poor.
There seem to be some behind the scenes suspicion about Scott Morrison which did not come out properly in the campaign from what I have seen,,,,,,,,,,,,,but the mud sticks.
Morrison (and rest of Liberals) are stubborn and some are too right wing for me and stubborn in that in the face of evidence to contrary. They seem to want to sell more coal and gas while the world burns around them.
Etc etc etc I have to go so I can't add more.

I vote for my local restaurant to stop charging me more for a fillet steak than they do for chicken nuggets :D

US Dems are very difficult to respect.

US Dems are very difficult to respect.
Can’t you say that about literally all politicians though?
(Kidding guys!!)

Though in all honesty I can’t think of the last time I genuinely liked a Prime Minister. Outside of being like 18/19 and not really understanding how PR works lol

Sorry, just for clarifications sake
Are you saying there’s very few politicians you respect or very few political leaders you respect?
I suppose it’s kind of the same lol.
But I like to be vigilant
