Where Is The Head Of John The Baptist?

According to the Catholic Church, the fragment of head on display at the San Silvestro in Capite cathedral is believed to be a relic of John te Baptist. The Greek Orthodox Church also claim to have a part of his skull in John the Baptist Chuch in Jerusalem. Islamic tradition holds that the head is in his alledged tomb in the grand mosque of Damascus which used to be a Christian basilica. The Cathedral of Amien also claims to have a fragment of the skull of John the Baptist that was stolen during the sacking of Constantinople during the fourth crusade. A couple of private collectors in Germany and Turkey also claim to have it or portions of it and it wouldn't be complete with the medieval myth that the Templars actually held it and venerated the relic in question.

Either some of these people are fabulating or John actually had 5 heads and that's not counting his other body parts who make for popular relics too.
