A response to the Skeptic's Annotated Bible When Was Heaven Created?

The Hebrew perfect state of bara (created), at Genesis 1:1, indicates without a doubt that the heavens and earth were complete at that time. The creative "days" that followed were periods of time when the completed heavens and earth were being made habitable. The founding of the world refers to the establishment of the world of men, i.e. the birth of Cain. Jehovah had began preparing for man's salvation after Adam sinned but before they had conceived. (Genesis 3:15) The Greek word for founding used is katabole, which means throwing down seed, also used in reference to Sarah. (John 17:5 / Luke 11:50,51 / Matthew 13:35 / Hebrews 4:3; 9:26; 11:11 / Ephesians 1:4 / 1 Peter 1:20) John 14:2 has nothing to do with either the creation of the material universe nor the creation of the world of man.

This reflects the view of Augustine of Hippo that the Creation of the Heavens and earth was instantaneous, and the seven days of Creation followed. The animals and plants of the earth were Created as is, and immutable, and literal 6000 years ago. .

Heaven is in another dimension. It's past, present and future all combined. Also, time does not exist too.

No. It simply states that the creation account, Genesis 1:1 begins with the universe (heavens and earth) already having been created. It isn't suggested in the text that they were created instantaneous, but the six days (periods each occurring over great periods of time) did follow. Those days were completed about 6,000 years ago.

That sounds to me like a theological concept, but then again, it depends upon which heaven you are referring to. Physical or spiritual. The physical heavens begin above the ground, where, according to the Bible, birds fly, dew and frost form, wind blows, lightning flashes and clouds float. Rain, snow and hailstones come from. The sky. Earth's atmosphere. Outer space.

The spiritual heavens is the lofty abode of Jehovah God and the spirit creatures. I don't think of this as a place, like the physical heavens.

Then there are the figurative references which is another thing altogether.

It's physical. I believe that our earth is a 3D hologram of a 9D reality (heaven), and what is in heaven is the true "real".

Basically all the matter we see and touch, and all we know, is just a small fraction if what is to come.
