When a religious teaching say something.

It is not irrelevant.

It is more about "who" makes the laws.
You want it to be "your lot", of course. :)

eg. Some people consider hard porn is OK .. others do not.
I didn't even bother to mention it's
irrelevant as those are not even
religious laws.
As for your crack about porn, that's too low
to qualify as merely irrelevant.

Not that you seem to know what irrelevant means.

Often one can hear that people critique religion because "the religion force it's law upon others"
But honestly, doesn't the religious law's or guidelines only apply for those who follow said religion?
Are we doing wrong when trying to apply the law of the religion upon people from different religions or especially upon atheists?
In principle it should depend on what the religion's scripture says. (The Quran certainly contains passages where Islamic law is to be imposed on the kuffar).
In practice, religionists usually try to impose their belief on everyone whenever they get the chance.

Yes, China has a zero tollerance for preaching, due to the atheistic government who are the communists in this case.
Mostly all religions are illigal in China now.
Not so. From the Chinese constitution...

Article 36. Citizens of the People's Republic of China enjoy freedom of religious belief. No state organ, public organization or individual may compel citizens to believe in, or not to believe in, any religion; nor may they discriminate against citizens who believe in, or do not believe in, any religion.

I trying to live up to exactly that  to not let my personal belief be a way to "tell other they are wrong"
WADR, that quote is implicitly saying that anyone who doesn't believe in their religion is wrong, because that religion is reality. Therefore any other belief (or non-belief) is therefore not reality, ie. fantasy or delusion.

Yes, what I read about what happens in China to religious people is really horrible

I am glad I live in the Netherlands. And China is very high on my "never to go there list"
tbf, it's not "being religious" itself that is a problem in China. There are millions who worship and practice without any interference. The problem is the Chinese government's abject paranoia about any kind of organised opposition or dissent, and religious groups are often in the forefront of such activities, so even the suspicion of organised dissidence results in the full weight of state security being deployed. But it is more the dissent, rather than the religious belief itself that is the focus of the state apparatus.

eh, i think alot of non christians are pro life unless you got stats.
I think pretty much everyone is pro-life , but many of them also support the right of a woman to have control over her own reproductive system.
