What would you like to know about Conscious thoughts as a being?

In the website it doesn't say how to let go.:(
Letting go of attachments is a long process, it will not happen tomorrow.
There are questions you can ask your self to begin the letting go of.

Do I really need this in my life? Why or why not
Why is it so important to me, if it seems to not work?
What does the teaching tell is the right way to believe or practice?

What kind of meditation do you do?

Do you find mindfulness is not relevant in Sufism?
It is called Zikr (chanting) and Muraqba (meditation) to empty the mind and heart of spiritual pollutants.
It would probably look like mindfulness meditation to some people.
It get the practitioner nearer to Allah :)
