Aren't inflammatory subject matters that amount to calls for xenophoby and radicalism a very ill fit for any DIRs, by definition even?
I thought both Sunnism and Shiism were well over a thousand years old, and in fact predated the very existence of the UK, let alone the USA?
Is Khamenei truly blaming "Western powers" for the fact that hundreds of millions of Muslims admire the early companions of Muhammad and the Rashidun while a significant smaller number does not?
Or, perhaps, for the existence of various schools of Islamic Jurisprudence and their often troubled history?
Or is he only implying that it was the UK and the USA that created the controversy over whether Muhammad designated his own successor as Caliph - an event that, again, predates their very existence by many centuries?
Is there any indication that English speaking conspirators have ever understood any Islaamic communities even half so well, let alone attained such impressive covert influence over them?
And if that is somehow the case, shouldn't Muslims be deeply thankful for the benevolence and patience of what are apparently their all-powerful, time-travelling English speaking overlords?
