I would say the one in your head is the true religion, but don't share it with anyone, what you perceive as your faith is yours alone. It might overlap with another's definition of the one true religion but at some point there will be a deviation in what your truth is from theirs. As many people that believe is as many religions as there are. And, a lot of them are subject to change as they grow as a person.
