What is the most depressing song ever?

Spiderman

This is the saddest song I've ever heard:
I like it though.

Okay, it doesn't have to be depressing, but can you think of a song that makes you really sad.

"Imagine" by Saint John Lennon makes me really sad. I think it's because Saint John Lennon was murdered and He's probably rolling around in His grave to see that the world turned out the complete opposite of his song :(

I don't find Fast Car depressing. Even though the person in the song is going through a hard time in life, they retain their optimism and are still a dreamer. I can see how you would find it sad since it is about the broken dreams of the working class.

I always thought Imagine just sucked. Lol.

If I had to choose one, it would probably be The Show Must Go On by Queen. The story behind the song is simply chilling.
