I wish someone will give me a gist of what the lady is saying. I have hearing problem.
Well, there were sub-titles. That was nice. I do not go by videos, perhaps an article, somewhere, peer-reviewed.

Me too - but I could pick up most of it.

Hard to summarise in a few words or sentences. I found it quite a mentally (& spiritually) stimulating.
