I take showers exclusively due to the place I live in but to me a bath, but a specific bath:

    - Watermelon or strawberry bubble bath soap for lots of suds.
    - A duck or a boat.
    - Chill music and food.

Those are extremely comfy and make you smell good.

I like baths. Water hitting my face bothers me.

I like a long hot soak in a bath but don't have one in the house so shower unless im away from home

An uncle who was a coal miner said about baths, "who would stick their butt in a bucket of water then wash their face in it"

A shower with a good shower head, preferable a detachable one with a message setting.

Sitting in my own dirty water doesn't appeal to me. It just seems gross. It's also cultural for me now.

    Shower.

I don't want bathtub ring residue amongst others on my body but rather down the drain.

Bath to me is sitting in your own filth.

This is why you do as the Japanese and shower prior to your soak. ;)

Shower for speed and needing to get on with the day.

A bath to soak, relax, and meditate.

Let's face it, it's easier, more hygienic, and more likely for someone to pee in a shower. Hence, shower wins.
