well that Christian God might be celibate but the Greeks are so much more into diversity with several gay and bi deities. Not to mention Athena who I think is asexual.

If you assume as the book does, that the whole final battle thing is heaven vs hell and that God has an ineffable plan and finally that this is the anit-Christ addressing an angel and a demon as if they are 'people':
