I assume they're the offspring of the Black-eyed Peas and since I'm no fan of Fergie or their music, I ignore them.
I had a very compelling conversation with an experiencer on another forum. I am rather sure this person was not interested in gathering attention (which would be likely more negative than positive anyway). I am a believer in the paranormal aspects of this and that these are negative entities.
I am highly curious to learn more about them. They definitely exhibit behavior patterns.

I know too little about it to have a view on it.
Well I imagine extremely tried or depressed folks can get dark circles under their eyes leading to a perception of them having dark eyes.
