    Compared to Swiss Chard, it's delightful. I only eat fresh chard when I'm starving. The best is if you take the carrot, and use the kale as a wrap.

    Oatmeal w/raisins, peanut or almond butter, butter or coconut oil, honey and cinnamon.

    Sautéed kale or any other greens onions, or favorite vegetables with fried or scrambled eggs, topped with shredded cheese and pepper sauce.

    Popcorn tossed with melted butter and/or coconut oil, salt, granulated onion and garlic, nutritional yeast, and paprika or chili powder.

    Toast with hummus and cucumber.

    Also those packs of noodles that cost about 30p in the supermarket. Koka noodles is the name, I think.

    Pickled anything.

    Peanut butter.

    Fried rice.
