Weather Bindrune

So, I've been reading a book on Runic Divination and I came across this weather-control bindrune.

Now it apparently contains the runes Ansuz, Uruz, Hagalaz, and Sowilo in that order. I see three of them, but cannot make out Hagalaz anywhere.

Does someone have better eyes than I?

Nope. You'd need parallel lines, and the only spot I see that, there is no crosspiece.

That was my thinking too. See this is why you check your magic for misspellings.

Now I am doubting the efficacy of the rest of the book.
