Found this in an OLD notebook - don't ask me for the source - it was either a book or a website I read a fair while ago ...
Despite my flaws, I give myself permission to love myself unconditionally. I am a growing & evolving being who uses past mistakes as a fuel for my journey of growth. I accept myself as I am and I set an intention to become the person I want to be.
Note: I had a little google search but cannot nail down the source - so just thank the universe I guess
