Very clever!
I still think the Italian PS ad was more interesting:

EA Staged Dante's Inferno Protest: News from 1UP.com

What were they thinking? Pretending that religious extremists are threatened by your game makes it more attractive to the public? This is almost as bad as that Sony ad that had a black woman being subdued by a white woman to promote the white-colored PSP.

Don't pretend that religious fundamentalists don't like to denounce and protest every little thing they perceive as blasphemous and sacrilegious. The only reason they had to hire their own, fake fundies is because the game isn't publicly notable enough to cause a stink.

i follow xbox games with some regularity. and 6 (i think) days in fallujha made it on the news getting bad press. and i hadnt even heard of this game till i saw it on the news.

ive heard of Dante's Inferno, so why didnt they warrant their own REAL protest? and the game SHOULD **** the fundies off, near the beginning of the game, they have you fighting unbabtised demon babies.

or is that something fundies agree with?
