i'm much interested to learn about the USA entire history since discovery passing by British colonization, civil wars, independence and unity, how the constitution was formed, etc

can anybody have a series of documentaries like this? preferable to be with english subtitles

That's a very broad subject to want to investigate. Perhaps it would be easier to pick some aspect of U.S. history that particularly interests you, and focus on that. In doing so you will likely learn a great deal about the general laws and ideals of the nation as a whole. There do seem to be periods of time in which the nation was focused on some specific endeavor. The war of independence and the start of a new government, the expansion westward and the solidification of the nation's borders, the slavery and civil war era, the rise of the 'robber barons' and the subsequent great depression, prohibition, and world wars, the rise of the techno-consumer culture and the toxic greed and corruption that has resulted. They are all tied together by a common theme, which I suppose would define us as a people. (And probably not in an entirely favorable light.)

Those are conspiracy videos, not history videos. That's not helpful at all.

I don't know about documentaries, but there's some good historical sites.

This one is really huge and goes through American history from the pre-Columbian times to the present day. It's broken down into many chapters so you can look through whatever topic or era is of interest to you at your own pace:

That's quite a tall order! :0)

Here's a very good one that covers the subject in depth and easy to listen to. It's not a televised documentary, rather it's essentially an audiobook the covers the subject quite well. This is in excess of 8 hours that covers a lot of material as it applies to the history of the United States and is quite interesting.
