DawudTalut
Peace be upon you.
Some people launch un-named complaints about others. It is very important to check the character of a complainant. Complaints should be accompanied with identification and proofs. If members see, there is any real breach taking place in the system of Jama'at, then they should come forward with courage, and launch complaint, then face everything. Decision makers should check all aspects of justice. They should follow the basis of Faith...... Hazrat Khalifatul Messiah V (a.t.) explained the subject.
================================================
Peace and mercy of Allah be on you……Some people make complaint about the office-holders or non office-holders that they have such and such indecency or committed an offense or did something anti-Shariah. And quick action should be taken against them because they are bringing bad name to Jama'at. But many such complainers do not mention their names, or write fake name and address. Obviously, no action is or can be taken on such complaints.
When some time is elapsed, complaint comes again that no action has been taken on my prior complaint letter. If no action is commenced it will lead to a lot of loss.
As compared to people of other places in the world, the nameless complainants are more among some people [from two big countries in south Asia].
==
It is not new, such nameless-complainants were present in every period; in the times of Hazrat Musleh Mo'ud (2nd Ahmadiyya Khalifah r.a.), in the third and fourth Khilafat too.
==
Once Hazrat Musleh Maud (may Allah be pleased with him) delivered a sermon regarding such a complaint.
Hazrat Khalifatul Messiah V (may Allah be his Helper) said: Because it is very concise and clear to silence such [complainant] people, he is using that sermon to say something.
==
Complainants who do not write their names or write fake names, firstly either they have hypocrisy or they are liars.
If they have courage and trueness then they do not worry about anything.
Pledge, they make that they will always be ready to sacrifice their life, wealth, time and honour. Here when matter, according to them, comes about honour and dignity of Jama'at, they begin to hide their name so that their respect is not harmed.
Thus, who has shown weakness at the beginning, it is utmost possible that the rest of their words too are wrong.
In Holy Quran, Allah the Exalted says if a news come to you, make investigation.
Every wise person knows that for any investigation, after hearing the words of a sayer or a deliverer, immediate investigation of the matter can not be started and is not done. But it is seen how is the conveyor himself, investigations start from him, whether he is clean of all vices, involved in any evil, weak in Eman / believe, it should not be so he himself is weak in Eman but blame others.
Usually, it is seen, those who put horrible blame on others (office holder or not) when they see their personal interests are about to be affected.
Thus before investigation, it is to be seen whether the complainant is a Momin or a Fasiq. The category of an unknown complainant will also remain unknown.
True that if a writer writes about such a matter which can harm interests of Jama'at, then investigation is conducted by self.
So, if it is known that who is complainant, firstly investigation will be done about his own character. Likewise, an investigation will be done about his claims to know the truth or false of his words.
Hazrat Musleh Maud (may Allah be pleased with him) says that teaching of Hole Quran is that “……in ja-akum fasequn benabaim fatabiyanu…….” [ch49:from v7] --- If a Fasiq comes to you and tells a bad thing about someone then investigate about him, afterwards undertake any action.
On things is that complainants become sinful by not writing their names. Additionally they say, their words should be accepted as they have written and punishments should be announced immediately for whom complaint is written against.
Hazrat Musleh Maud (r.a.) says that 'Fasiq' does not only mean wicked, but according to dictionary Fasiq is also the one who is of hot temper, fights at every things. Fisq also means the one who disobeys, who does not cooperate, who presents small errors of people in exaggeration and says the other should be given extreme punishment in accordance with what he stated – no chance of forgiveness.
Hazrat Musleh Maud (r.a.) said about old times member who was very sincere but he had a weakness in his disposition to put forward extreme verdict on others’ very minor acts. For example, if one does not keep fingers of foot straight (vertical) while sitting for Tashshahud during Salaat, according to him, then, one reaches to limit of disbelief…..Hazrat Musleh Maud (r.a.) said he was unable to keep fingers of his foot straight during Tashshahud because of Gout. If that man would have been alive, he would have probably passed verdict of disbelief against him (r.a.) too on the ground of non practice of Sunnah; which lead to non belief in Holy Quran and in turn it means no belief in Allah the Exalted……Thus that man would have declared him (r.a. ) an infidel….. [Nauzobillah….just a theoretical argument]
So Hazrat Musleh Mo'ud (r.a.) mentioned this example of such hasty people even though they were sincere.
==
But the one who hides his name [while complaining] and himself is weak in Eman and give and pass verdicts against others, found to be Fasiq according to all meanings mentioned of word Fasiq.
Thus, it should be evident on all such complainers who do not write their name, that their action is against the Quranic directive because Holy Quran firstly asks to investigate the character of the person complaining.
If actions are undertaken, without investigation, which he demands, then Jama'at will begin to have decline instead progress. It will mean there will be no investigation by Khalifah of time and system of Jama'at, and action will begin according to whatever anyone will say.
It will not lead to progress, everyone will rise and say, decide according to his desire.
Hazrat Musleh Maud (r.a.) says that even if we know that the person complaining against someone is very cautious, righteous and sincere, despite knowing this it is essential to investigate about his character.
This is because no one can say that since he is saying so thus it should be taken as that and decision should be made according to it.
Once Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) disliked when a very close companion corrected his (s.a.w.) recitation of Quran during Salaat. Hazrat Musleh Mo'ud (r.a.) inferred this dislike of the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.) can mean that companion should focus on the assigned great duties and leave these small matters for others. It can also mean that it is the duty of the people who used to learn Holy Quran from Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) to correct him, leave it to them.
Hazrat Musleh Maud (r.a) says about the nameless complainant that it is possible that complainant may be an elevated person, the I would tell him to leave these matters for someone else, and keep focused on your original work. The writer did not mention his name, thus his grade and status cannot be known, he cannot be taught. The second thing is he complained against such and such [high officials] have this and that defect. On one hand he is complaining they acts against teaching of Holy Quran and Holy Prophet (s.a.w.) [which is indeed very big defect]. On the other hand he goes against that teaching by breaking the conditions of making complaint and providing proofs.
==
Hazrat Khalifatul Messiah V (a.t.) mentioned many people violate those conditions in complaints. The real thing is to follow the commandments of Holy Quran and the Sunnah and Holy Quran teaches when an issue is talked openly, proofs should be provided investigation should be done. When there is no name, how investigation can be done and it is very against directive of Holy Quran. Thus the complainer breaks the directive of Holy Quran.
It should always be remembered, a true virtue is to practice the commandments of Holy Quran and the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) regardless something is not liked according to personal or societal taste. But if it is correct according to teaching of Holy Quran and Sunnah of Holy Prophet (s.a.w.) then it is correct, there is no defect in it.
