I think it's very important to respect what others believe as long as they're not pushing it down peoples throats and not harming anyone.
Agreed. People may disagree about what specifically constitutes harm.

As far as raising children goes I think it's OK to introduce children to a religion and keep it light and simple. They'll grow up and make up their own minds. One could say why not introduce all religions of the world to them but I think one is good enough.
I doubt there is a good answer to this question. In any case, there is no way for anyone to force society to suddenly do things "my way" so we shouldn't try to create an instant cultural revolution.
