The Tories have a majority of about 80. You would need a very large rebellion to defeat the measure.
It is in fact likely that there will be a rebellion, but hard to imagine it being big enough to defeat it as, being a signature policy of Truss, that would amount to a vote of no confidence and could bring her government down. Her own party won't do that.
