Energy movement is happening constantly, more to the point - do all humans have the ability to be aware of their and others energy movements? Slowly but surely yes, firstly we must be aware there is something, be able to feel it then define what type of energy it is to manipulate, communicate, bond, exchange with consciously if we so wish.
I believe this to also be yes as energy is the basis of anything. Even simply coming to front with an idea to put forth some magick is putting forth energy in form of intention.
