Your inability to follow an argument does not mean that someone else is disagreeing with himself.

You seem to have forgotten that I gave you what you asked for. I showed you how Trump thinks that the laws apply only to others and not to himself and this blowup may have been caused because you have no answer for that.

Oh wait, that was the other thread we were involved in. But still, it may explain your blow up here.

The jury was told that they did not need to be unanimous on what the second crime was. instead they were given three possibilities, not defined by the prosecution, to pick from. Each juror could have a different crime and still convict him of all 34 felonies.

This is not justice. The 6th amendment of the constitution says:

In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the state and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the assistance of counsel for his defense.

Trump was not informed of the nature of the accusation, this is not justice but authoritarianism. This has to be overturned, his rights were violated and anyone who is for justice should agree.

There were various other problems as well that will be overturned if justice can still be done in New York. Does anyone honestly believe that Biden would have been charged with these crimes if Bragg had the same evidence against him?

We may end up in a Constitutional Republic again.
Liberals (especially Progressives) cannot stand that idea.

But still, a socialist democracy where taxes are used to pay for all social programs, like fire departments and schools and mowing the mayor's lawn. Not a fascist dictatorship, right? So, liberals always win.

Not always, but sometimes. And what do you mean "liberal projection"? You are now a member of the party of Trump. In almost all of his accusations of others he is the king of projection. When he complains about things being rigged he appears to be the master rigger. One of the reasons that Stormy had sex with him was because Trump was dangling part on the apprentice for her and as she testified in trial had offered that he could tell her some of the challenges ahead of time. When he complained of Democrats cheating in the polls in the election that he lost almost all of the rather few cases of actual cheating was done by Republicans Time and time again he has been shown to do what he accuses others of doing.

And right now Trump continues to be his own worst enemy. He does not have the crowd support that he used to have, he has lied about how many people have shown up at his rallies. In Vegas just a couple of days ago people were leaving in large numbers as he droned on senselessly at points. He appears to be declining rather rapidly lately. And he is already beginning to make excuses to run away from the first debate.

How are we not now a "Constitutional Republic"? You seem to have forgotten that it was Trump that opposed that. Or have you forgotten January 6 again?
