revealing also on Fox with Sean Hannity, that he had been vaccinated for it. He also chided the FDA for pausing J&J vaccinations.

What's a Trumpist to do?

Trump tells his followers to get vaccinated, criticizes J&J pause

Hahahahahaha

"Trump told Fox News host Sean Hannity he wasn’t sure why reluctance to take the vaccine persists among voters, particularly Republicans, saying he doesn’t “know what it is.”

What's the issue? Trumpies are perfectly used to a world in which black becomes white overnight, as far as their Führer is concerned.

Yet many of his supporters are refusing vaccination. Have they finally made the break with him? His biggest supporters are whites with less than a college education.

Trump is now officially one of "them" in the deep state. The mind control injection has taken effect and now he's part of the communist, Muslim, atheist conspiracy.
</sarcasm> in case any might miss the point

Nope. They'll just find some way to rationalise it - or else he'll change his tune tomorrow, if he thinks it might bring him votes later - and they'll just forget he ever said anything different. These people are completely detached from the idea of of truth and falsehood as fixed reference points. It's all about the tribe.

Were people under the impression that everyone on the “right” thinks and behaves in the exact same way and makes the exact same choices?

It might be easy to believe that, whether it’s the “right” or the “left”, but that perspective does not align with reality.

I was under the impression that thought was a woke lefty affectation of which the right was deeply suspicious, and that “conservative thinking” was an oxymoron?
