Thanks to the member @Malynne for letting us know about Reverend Rick's passing in this thread.
I wanted to dedicate a thread to him as well, especially as a tribute to his service to RF and as a show of gratitude toward him. On top of his hard work, sincerity, and kindness, I will never forget that about five years ago, during an admin discussion about promoting me beyond the mod position, he said, "I think DS deserves to be a red. He has earned it." I give credit for anything productive I have done as an admin to that initial vote of confidence and ones that came after.
Thank you for everything, Reverend Rick. You will be missed, and I will always be grateful to you. Rest in peace.
