You can stop the movement of objects, subjects, etc. You can't stop the movement of time. If someone says he can stop time, then he must tell us how.

That isn't really the point of this exchange we've been having. That discussion has been about whether or not the "dimensions" of time would mean the stoppage of time would cause the universe to be destroyed. That was your claim, and you have yet to back it up.
