Time Slips

I notice the time difference isn't usually drastic. Usually by a couple decades or a couple hundred years. I haven't heard any cases where someone walked into the past or the future by thousands of years.

Though some prophets like in the Bible said they literally saw the things to come. Perhaps a couple literally walked several thousand years into the future?

maybe ufo's and aliens are us of the very, very distant future. Maybe what we are calling time slips in this discussion are just the times that it occurs with things we can relate to in the realm of normal??

On Gil Perez the guard from Manilla who supposedly teleported to Mexico City in 1593, the story did not appear until a century later, so it is just a fish tale (IMO)
